If the return conditions are met and your return is approved, your refund will be made within 5 business days. The relevant period may extend up to 10 business days, depending on your bank and credit card issuer.
Depending on your bank and credit card issuer, our customers may reserve the right to dispute a Davetino charge with their bank or credit card company. Davetino will investigate the details of the dispute and your claim.
If such charge is deemed authorized and valid by Davetino, Davetino will provide your bank and/or credit card company with proof of your authorized purchase or subscription intent and acceptance of Davetino's Terms of Use. Evidence may include your digital signature, IP address, access and activity logs, account screenshots, activity details, billing timeline, and site usage analytics. Davetino may present other evidence it deems important to a particular dispute claim.
Davetino reserves the right to collect any money owed if an authorized transaction is disputed and is not resolved in Davetino's favor by your bank or credit card issuer. Davetino may elect to seek payment from the customer for any amounts owed, in addition to a refund of any fees or penalties assessed for a credit card dispute. Davetino reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to seek compensation for any damages and/or legal fees arising from the debt.
